Dr. Ozmen has received his undergraduate education in dentistry at Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry and completed his specialty training at Atatürk University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Prosthodontics. During his specialty training, he had the opportunity to work on aesthetic smile design, fixed, removable and implant-supported prostheses, as well as temporo-mandibular joint (jaw joint) disorders and gum shaping methods. He has 7 presentation presented at international congresses and 5 articles published in national and international scientific journals. Dr. Ozmen was a member of ITI (International Team for Implantology) in 2019-2020 and has been a member of TDB (Turkish Dental Association) since 2015.

He was born in Konya in 1995. He completed his primary school education in Isparta, the first two years of his high school education at Antalya Anatolian High School, and the last two years at Konya Selcuklu Anatolian High School. He graduated from Istanbul Bezmialem Vakıf University Faculty of Dentistry in 2020. He continued his studies in Istanbul between 2020-2022. As of 2024, Antalya MARLARA Dental Clinic continues to accept patients.
